Chore Coat Unshin Sashiko 13 Oz Dark Indigo

The Railcar Chore Coat is a perfect year round garment. The coats are cut and sewn in the Railcar workshop in California out of a tough unshin threaded sashiko style denim. The denim feels like a medium weight when new and raw but will thicken up to a heavy weight. This coat will rapidly evolve and fade to a new patina look as you wear it. The coat is trimmed with American woven labels, thread and hardware. The coat features a classic Americana style with Railcar's signature modern fit and finish. Flat felled seam construction for durability and shell edge interior stitching complete the details.

Delivery:
These shirts are made when ordered and will take 3-4 weeks from order to ship. Orders will be made in the order received. 

The Denim Fabric:
13 ounce heavy weight dark indigo unshin sashiko style denim. This fabric will thicken and the unshin thread details will be more pronounce after a wash and dry.

Sizing And Shrinkage Info:
Sizing up 1 size from your normal size is recommended. After performing a shrink test on this fabric by machine wash cold and hang dry, the results will have some shrinkage. We recommend sizing up one size to account for shrinkage after wash and machine wash. The chest width will shrink 1 inches from arm pit to arm pit. The body length and arms will shrink .5 inch.
