To ensure you receive tracking numbers, shipping details, and any follow-up questions, mark info@railcarfinegoods.com as Important in your email settings or add it to your contacts. This helps prevent our emails from being filtered to Spam or Promotions.

Railcar customer service is available Tuesday through Friday from 10 AM to 4 PM Pacific Standard Time and occasionally Saturdays 10 AM to 4 PM. If you have reached us outside of our customer service hours, we promise to respond once we return back to the office. We respond to every email received.

Emails received Sunday and Monday will be responded to Tuesday.

Please refrain from issuing a chargeback on your credit card:
If you have not received your order or believe your package was lost in transit, please contact us first. We are here to help and will gladly assist you in resolving the issue.
When a chargeback is filed, the bank immediately freezes the transaction and locks the order. Once that happens, we are unable to issue refunds, replacements, or make any adjustments while the case is under review from your bank. This may lock up that transaction for up to 75 days. If you contact us directly instead, we could quickly resolve the issue.

Chargebacks are typically intended for fraudulent transactions. Railcar is obviously not that company. If there is any issue with your order, we can resolve it quickly by phone, email, or even in person at our physical location.

We ask that you please do not inquire about your order status through social media. Unfortunately, our social media platforms don't link to our order system. We have limited amount of information on the cell phone outside of our headquarters and out of business hours. Email is the best and only way to inquire.
