The X100! For this iconic milestone 100th Railcar selvedge pair, we opt to use a 15 ounce Japanese sanforized red line selvedge. Now with Peek-a-boo coin pocket selvedge. The Spikes slim taper leg fit has all the details that you already know like shell edge interior stitching, flat felled inseam for a cleaner and stronger seam, selvedge edge denim fly, tapped front pockets for extra pocket durability, 7 ounce leather debossed veg tan leather patch, and polished off with a chain stitch bottom hem. Like all Railcar, these are made to the highest cutting and sewing standards in-house at our own workshop and not out sourced to a third party downtown subcontractor.
Delivery:
As from the launch of the X100, we have all sizes in stock and ready to ship! Orders will be fulfilled in the order received. If your size is sold out, allow a short 2 to 3 week delivery time.
The Spikes Fit:
The Railcar signature "Spikes" fit is a medium rise, modern slim taper fit. The rise has plenty of height to keep you comfortably covered but not too high that it will dig into your stomach.
The Denim Fabric:
Red line Japanese dark indigo selvedge raw denim weighing in at a light/medium weight 15 ounces.
How We Make Them Inexpensive:
By only producing what is sold with a little bit of overage in inventory, we are able to keep the cost low and pass the savings along to you. Unlike other brands, we don't manufacture unsold items, which means you are not covering the cost of excess inventory. We are dedicated to only making what will be worn, allowing us to offer these handcrafted at an affordable price.
Sizing And Shrinkage Info:
After performing an in-house shrink test on this fabric, the results has minimal shrinkage. We recommend sizing to your normally bought size. Don't size up nor down.
