Here's the latest rollout from our collection: a 15.75 oz dark indigo, double pink line selvedge raw denim woven with a unique loose-weave construction.
We have only one roll available, enough to produce just 17 pairs of jeans in the Railcar fit of your choice. Because every pair is made to order, we're able to build the exact size and fit you want while carefully maximizing the use of this limited fabric.
The loose-weave construction allows more of the natural weft yarns to rise to the surface, creating added texture, depth, and visual character throughout the dark indigo face. This structure also makes the denim noticeably easier to break in compared to a tighter weave.
At 15.75 oz, it offers the durability and substance of a medium-to-heavyweight denim while remaining comfortable and approachable from day one. It's the perfect weight for the coming months—substantial enough to last for years, yet easy to wear as temperatures begin to rise.
Once these 17 pairs are spoken for, this fabric is gone.
Delivery:
The 16 ounce slightly slubby slight hairy red line selvedge are handmade when order in the order received. We are looking to about 3-4 weeks for delivery after order. Maybe quicker.
The Rebels Fit:
The Railcar signature "Rebels" fit is a medium rise, modern straight fit that's not too wide yet not slim.. The rise has plenty of height to keep you comfortably covered but not too high that it will dig into your stomach.
The Switcher Fit:
The Switcher is the newest Railcar men's fit. It is a roomy full leg fit with a perfect 9" to 10" bottom opening depending on size that makes the perfect timeless full leg silhouette.
The Spikes Fit:
The Railcar signature "Spikes" fit is a medium rise, modern slim taper fit. The rise has plenty of height to keep you comfortably covered but not too high that it will dig into your stomach.
The Denim Fabric:
This 15.75 oz double pink line selvedge denim is woven with a loose-weave construction, giving it the feel of a durable mid-weight fabric that breaks in quickly and comfortably. The open weave structure brings more of the natural weft yarns to the surface, enhancing texture, depth, and the fabric's unique character over time.

Shop with confidence. The purchase of the slightly slubby slightly hairy is not sales final; should a return or exchange be necessary, regular Railcar return policies will apply.
How We Make Them Inexpensive:
By only producing what is sold with a little bit of overage in inventory, we are able to keep the cost low and pass the savings along to you. Unlike other brands, we don't manufacture unsold items, which means you are not covering the cost of excess inventory. We are dedicated to only making what will be worn, allowing us to offer these handcrafted at an affordable price.
Sizing And Shrinkage Info:
After performing an in-house shrink test on this fabric, the results has minimal shrinkage. We recommend sizing to your normally bought size. Don't size up nor down.
