Sizing:
For men's, purchase the same size as your jean tag size and you should hit the middle of the 5 holes.
For ladies, size up 4 inches from your jean tag size and that should put you in the middle of the 5 holes. (Example: If you are a jean tag size 28 then you should get a size 32 belt)
