The Rebels Fit:
The Railcar signature Rebels fit is a medium rise, modern straight fit that's not too wide yet not slim. The rise has plenty of height to keep you comfortably covered but not too high that it will dig into your stomach.
The Sashiko Fabric:
The sashiko fabric has a special and unique texture that is dyed indigo blue.

Sizing And Shrinkage Info:
After performing an in-house cold water, flat dry shrink test on this fabric, the results is no shrinkage. We recommend sizing to your normally bought size. However, a warm/hot wash and warm/hot dry did result in shrinkage of 2 inch shrinkage in length, 0.5 inch in the waistband, and 0.5 inch in the width of the legs. If you're between sizes, size up.
Garment Care:
Just like all raw denim, you will have crocking and indigo bleed that will lesson over time. With a hot water wash, you will experience some shrinkage. With a machine dry, you will get even more shrinkage. For this sashiko we recommend a cold water soak and flat dry to reduce fabric bleeding. This will reduce a lot of the sashiko indigo bleeding that may transfer onto other surfaces and garments. Wearing it unwashed, you may experience indigo bleed.
