Our Railcar Full Service Mechanic Hats are crafted in-house on manual sewing machines, giving them a charming, handmade quality. Using the same industrial machines that we employ to construct our Railcar jeans, each hat is sewn with meticulous attention to detail for an exceptionally authentic finish.
Exclusively by Railcar, the Full Service Mechanic Hat are made out of a extra heavy 20 ounce Japanese selvedge denim and feature a carefully sewn tape finishing band that creates a clean, professional look. The sweatband has a charming scalloped edge design. As you wear this hat over time, it will develop a beautifully unique patina and age in a one-of-a-kind way.

Sizing And Shrinkage Info:
Size XXS fits toddler size heads.
Size S fits smaller petite females or men with smaller heads.
Most adult males will be size medium and up. Medium will also fit majority of women.
Example: Steven Dang from Railcar wears a size medium hat, wears size 30 jeans, medium shirt, and is 5 foot 9 inches and 135 pounds.
These hats are suppose to fit a little loose and will shrink and stretch out when you wash and use them. If you need help sizing please reach out and we could assist you picking the correct size.
