RAILCAR MASK MANUFACTURING

Thanks to our avid supporters and new customers, we've had our hands full here at the workshop. During the past couple of weeks we designed a 2-layer protective face mask that is functional and reusable. We built a process to manufacture them in our building in Monrovia, California, which is just outside of Los Angeles. Thanks to some additional help, we're now up to date on all mask orders. We've even introduced some new styles!

All Railcar masks are manufactured, trimmed and packaged in-house, as well. The girls do a final quality inspection on every single mask, which are handmade a couple of feet behind them.

While the masks are being manufactured and packaged, we have been doing our best to keep the main manufacturing processes going. Tawny works on keeping the wholesale and direct to consumer orders running in the background so we don't get behind. 

Jenna individually packages each mask for safe travels to their new owners, to help keep them protected and healthy.

We recommend washing each mask before use, and then maintaining a regular wash schedule based on how often they are used.
