Button Replacement Service

Did a button fall off your favorite jeans? No problem, we can replace it for you. We'll use our high-quality, Made in USA Railcar branded buttons. It costs the same whether you need one button or all of them replaced. Just let us know the details in the notes section at checkout. We'll ship your jeans back to you in 1-7 days from the day we receive them at our shop.

Fast Mail-in Service:
Railcar Denim Services offers tax-free button replacement service, with a 1-7 days week turnaround from the date the item is checked in.

Optional Rush Service:
Need even faster service? Use the optional "Rush". This will bump you to the front of the normally over 40 pants in the queue for faster service.

The Process:

  • First we will process the jeans and inspect them before service
  • We will carefully remove the buttons, not to damage the fabric more than it already is.
  • If needed, we'll darn the denim to reinforce the fabric so that the new button is installed securely. 
  • The repair will then get the threads trimmed, final inspection and shipped back to you.

Return Shipping Free Insurance:
Your pants come with $200 of return shipping insurance per pair. If you need additional coverage, please email us at info@railcarfinegoods.com and we can assist you. Please note that you may be required to provide the receipt or other documentation of your original purchase in order to file a claim with the shipping carrier.

Return shipping will be charged at checkout.

Instructions And Process:

  • To help us speed up processing your pants when they arrive, include your order number and write "Button Replacement"  on the outside of the package when sending it in.
  • Use your carrier of your choice and send your pants to address to: Railcar 10636 Main St, El Monte, CA 91731, United States
  • Loss of package is very rare, most services comes with tracking free, but we recommend to make sure your service has a tracking number associated with it. Incoming insurance is your choice.
  • When your package arrives at Railcar, please allow 1-2 working days to process it in. An automatic email will be sent out when it is physically processed. It will go into service immediately.
  • When your pants are complete, they'll be shipped back to you and you'll be emailed a tracking number.
