We repair all denim brands using a traditional darning technique on our vintage Singer machine at our Railcar headquarters. This process can add years of life to your jeans by blending the repair seamlessly with the original fabric, even for pants up to 21 ounces.
For extreme crotch blowouts, additional charges may apply. If you're unsure whether your damage qualifies as extreme, please contact us before mailing in your jeans. If we deem the repair to be extreme upon receipt, further charges may be necessary, and rush service will not be available.
Please allow 5-6 weeks for standard turnaround, with extra time required for certain types of damage.

Return shipping will be charged at checkout.
All jeans must be freshly washed before being sent to us. We will not work on dirty jeans under any circumstances. If jeans arrive and are deemed unclean, they will be shipped back without any service performed, and a refund will be issued, minus the return shipping cost. By "washed," we mean you must wash the jeans before packing them, without wearing them again.
