Vintage "Single Stitch" Sewing:
This stitch is a highly sought-after detail found on pre-1990s T-shirts. Many vintage collectors and enthusiasts love it for its heritage authenticity and style. Some also say this stitch allows the shirt to drape better, giving it a more classic vintage look and feel. The drawback is that this stitch may come undone more easily and can unravel over time.
Two Needle Cover Stitch Sewing:
This is the standard stitch used on most modern T-shirts. It features two parallel stitches that create the hem while covering the edge of the fabric, hence the name "cover stitch." The machine that produces this stitch became more popular in the 1990s and is still widely used today. The advantage of this hem is that it is stronger and far less likely to unravel.

While we can assure you that your T-shirt is sewn professionally and correctly, there is always a small chance of unraveling, just as with any T-shirt made by any brand. Washing methods, possible shrinkage, and individual wearing activities make it impossible for us to guarantee the stitch and T-shirt length. All work is final.
Turnaround Time:
Allow 1-3 days once we receive the T-shirt at our shop to complete. An email will be automatically sent to you when it will be shipped back to you.

Your T-shirt comes with $100 of return shipping insurance per shirt. If you need additional coverage, please email us at info@railcarfinegoods.com and we can assist you. Please note that you may be required to provide the receipt or other documentation of your original purchase in order to file a claim with the shipping carrier. Claims are not guaranteed to be approved.

Instructions And Process:
- To ensure you receive tracking numbers, shipping details, and any follow-up questions, mark info@railcarfinegoods.com as Important in your email settings or add it to your contacts. This helps prevent our emails from being filtered to Spam or Promotions.
- To help us speed up processing your pants when they arrive, include your order number and write "T-Shirt Shortening" on the outside of the package when sending it in.

- Loss of package is very rare, most services comes with tracking free, but we recommend to make sure your service has a tracking number associated with it. Incoming insurance is your choice. Railcar is not responsible for lost incoming packages.
- When your package arrives at Railcar, please allow 1-2 working days to process it in. An automatic email will be sent out when it is physically processed. It will go into service immediately.
- When your pants are complete, they'll be shipped back to you and you'll be emailed a tracking number.
- Return shipping cost will automatically be added at checkout.
